Role: Agile Coach Contract: 1 year Location: Regina Hybrid (2 days/week onsite) Requirements: 6–8 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and transformation. Proven experience with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks. Ability to influence change, resolve complex impediments, and drive strategic alignment. Experience with Agile metrics, transformation roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration. Deep expertise in Agile principles, frameworks, and product-centric delivery models. Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
