Supply Chain Business Analyst Warehouse Management & SAP EWM | Contract | Leicester Location: Leicester (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Rate: Competitive DOE, Inside IR35 Duration: 6 months Start Date: July 2025 Our client, a large global consultancy, is hiring a Supply Chain Business Analyst with strong Warehouse Management and SAP EWM experience to join a major programme based in Leicester. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex supply chain processes and collaborate closely with IT, business teams, and 3rd-party stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements across supply chain and warehouse functions Analyse and optimise current operations, performing gap analyses and identifying improvements Maintain process documentation (flows, specs, manuals) Support testing, training, and rollout of SAP EWM solutions Monitor KPIs to evaluate process performance and drive continuous improvement Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and system changes Required Skills & Experience: 7 years as a Business Analyst within supply chain & logistics environments Hands-on experience with SAP EWM/WM , preferably in an implementation/consulting capacity Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics Experience with SAP MM, SD, LE, and S/4HANA desirable Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business or similar Soft Skills: A consulting mindset with strong stakeholder management Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced project team Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities If you have the relevant skills and experience, please apply promptly and we will be in touch to discuss your application further.
