You'll join a forward-thinking delivery team modernising a major enterprise platform, replacing legacy SAP CRM with the latest Salesforce tech stack. ?? Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with solution architects to shape and decompose technical designs. Deliver sprint commitments to high quality and maintainable standards. Contribute to the technical roadmap and innovation backlog (e.g., spikes). Conduct code reviews, drive quality, and support testing/integration activities. Mentor junior developers and promote continuous improvement across the team. ?? Required Skills: 5 years of Salesforce development experience (both declarative and Apex/LWC). Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , and Experience Cloud . Familiarity with Salesforce Industries/Vlocity (Omniscripts, EPC, Integration Procedures) is highly desirable. Comfortable using Git or similar version control. Strong integration experience (APIs, external systems). Clear, confident communication skillscollaborative, proactive team player.
