Workday Functional Consultant - Inside IR35 - Hybrid - London Our client, a global consultancy, are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant with a broad functional background and strong integration experience to support and enhance Workday solutions across a variety of modules outside of core HR (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Projects). Key Responsibilities: Act as a functional lead across multiple Workday modules , with a focus beyond core HCM (Finance, Projects, Procurement, etc.) Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and deliver enhancements aligned with business needs Support Workday integration efforts , including design, testing, and deployment of integrations with internal and third-party systems Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth end-to-end data flows and interface performance Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles, and release management Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting across the Workday platform Produce high-quality documentation and deliver user training where needed What Youll Bring: Proven experience as a Workday Functional Consultant across multiple modules (not just HCM) Strong understanding of Workday integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels to translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience working in complex environments with multiple systems and business functions Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across business and technical teams Prior Workday certifications are highly desirable If this role is of interest, please apply ASAP with a copy of your most recent CV: JOB REF: 19246 ADZN1_UKTJ
