I’m supporting a Housing Association based in Newcastle to recruit a Project Manager to join their Business Improvement team and help shape the future of service delivery through impactful projects. With a wide ranging portfolio and a strong focus on digital transformation, this role offers the opportunity to lead diverse, high impact projects that span the entire organisation. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment that values innovation, agility, and continuous improvement. As part of the Project & Business Improvement team, you’ll champion both Agile and traditional project methodologies, coach colleagues, and embed a culture of structured delivery and service excellence. You’ll be responsible for: Leading and delivering complex projects and programmes across the business Facilitating Agile ceremonies and project governance Supporting business improvement initiatives and embedding change Coaching teams in project management best practices Collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and outcomes Essential skills and experience: Proven experience in both Agile and traditional project management Strong knowledge of tools like Jira, Excel, and Agile frameworks Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills A relevant project management qualification A collaborative, resilient, and innovative mindset This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be on site a couple times a week. The salary on offer is £43,500 per year , with excellent benefits and a supportive, purpose led culture.
