In this high-impact role, you’ll take full ownership of solution design across a complex and evolving IT landscape. Reporting to the IT Leadership team and working within the IT & Transformation directorate, you'll be the lead authority on architectural best practice. Helping to define roadmaps, shape technical strategy, and enable delivery through robust, scalable, and secure software solutions. This organisation is on an ambitious transformation journey and is seeking a confident, forward-thinking technical leader to help deliver a modern, integrated digital ecosystem that meets the needs of employees, customers, and partners alike. What you’ll be doing: Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap across systems, integrations, and data flows. Lead on the design of software solutions: covering everything from UI/UX to security, automation, and integrations. Support major programmes and projects with architectural guidance, ensuring solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned to business goals. Mentor and support technical teams across development, testing, and delivery pipelines. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: Experience as a Senior or Lead Solution Architect within a medium/large organisation. Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CE. A background in designing systems based on Microsoft technologies. Most importantly Dynamics CE, but also, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online. Proven capability across software development life cycles, integrations (file/service/API), automation, data flows, and quality assurance. An ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders at all levels, translating technical solutions into business value. Skills in mentoring and upskilling technical teams.
