Application Support Specialist Location: Hybrid Working - Ideally on-site in East London 1-4 days per week Duration: 6-Months Initially IR35 Status: Inside IR35 We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to support users across the business to ensure the highest levels of service are maintained with issues and change requests dealt with promptly and in a professional manner. Candidates Must Have Skill Set: Provide 2nd Line Application Support and act as point of integration with 3rd party vendors for level 3 support Maintenance of master data, configuration and data integration of Opera, Simphony, Planet Payments and other business systems Oracle PMS (Property Management System) Other Key Skills: Support in the commutation to, and training of, users on upgrades, changes and new developments on the business system Support the Service Delivery Manager in managing the 3rd party queues and ensuring service levels are met Manage call escalations internally and through 3rd party partners to ensure a satisfactory resolution to issues Responsible for user access and role admin as required All candidates must be based in the UK.
