In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing the customer experience by supporting and promoting the effective use of ICT across the business. Key Responsibilities: Deliver multiple level support across a wide range of systems and hardware. Promote the proactive use of ICT to improve business processes and customer satisfaction. Ensure software licensing compliance and maintain accurate records. Provide support and cover for the IT Department as and when needed. Liaise with third-party suppliers and service providers to resolve incidents and fulfill requests. Assist in the planning and implementation of ICT projects. Install, maintain, repair, and manage ICT hardware and software applications. Perform routine maintenance and system administration tasks. Manage user access to networks and systems, ensuring proper authorisation and documentation. Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and technical documentation. Investigate and resolve technical incidents and service requests, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
