You’ll lead two developers, set technical direction, and roll your sleeves up with Java and XML-heavy workstreams. Key Tech: Java 8, Spring Boot, Camel XML (XSD, XPath, XSLT, Schematron) Canonical data modelling & semantic structures AWS deployment of transformation pipelines Tools like Altova, XStream, MaterialUI Bonus if you know: Finvoice, Peppol, UBL, TEAPPS, B2B/EDI exchange formats You’ll need to be: Equally comfortable leading and coding Strong on integration patterns and XML tech Confident translating specs into clean, documented solutions Experienced with agile teams, CI/CD, and performance tuning If you're a strong technical lead who still loves writing great code please apply
