Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As an IT Service Desk Analyst at Rendall & Rittner, you will: Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and in person Log incidents/requests that are issued to the service desk Provide IT hardware support for Rendall & Rittner Provide IT systems and software support Have previous experience of setup, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/notebook hardware and software. Have knowledge of The Information Technology Infrastructure Library Have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related systems coach, mentor and support end users in the working or Rendall and Rittner systems Proactively manage updates to all parties through to complete resolution.
