Role Description Revyz is seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager with a strong background in the Atlassian ecosystem to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with enterprise customers and build new relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving adoption, securing renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities within your assigned portfolio. Your deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and the Atlassian landscape will be crucial for success. Qualifications Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (including C-level executives, IT Directors, and Atlassian Administrators) within assigned enterprise accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business objectives, technical environment, and specifically their use of Atlassian tools. Proactively manage the entire post-sales customer lifecycle, focusing on adoption, retention, and growth. Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning Revyz's solutions with evolving customer needs related to deployment and data protection within their Atlassian stack. Lead contract renewal negotiations and processes to ensure timely closure and maximize retention rates. Conduct regular strategic business reviews (QBRs) with clients to demonstrate value, gather feedback, and align on future goals. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Maintain accurate account information, forecasts, and activity tracking within the company CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and advancements within the Atlassian ecosystem. Achieve and exceed assigned revenue quotas for renewals and expansion within your account base. Proven track record of success in B2B enterprise software sales, specifically in an Account Management or direct sales role (typically 5 years experience). Essential: Strong working knowledge and demonstrable experience within the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence are key). Ability to confidently discuss Atlassian use cases and challenges. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and ability to forecast accurately.
