This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career developer to gain hands-on experience working on internal systems and customer-facing platforms in a collaborative, tech-forward environment. You'll contribute to the delivery of efficient, scalable tools that support both internal operations and end-user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and maintenance of internal software tools and external customer portals . Write clean, maintainable code with guidance from senior developers. Assist in integrating third-party APIs and automating data exchanges between systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by internal users. Participate in team meetings, peer code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver practical tech solutions. Maintain documentation for new features, updates, and technical processes. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline—or equivalent experience. 0–2 years of experience in software development, IT support, or application development. Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or C# ). Familiarity with SQL and relational databases . Understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and best practices. Strong communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
