This company are specialists in business and commercial Solar PV systems and have been designing, installing and maintaining these specialist systems for their client base for over 10 years now. The business have recently won recognised awards to support their efforts over the years and have very exciting plans in place to grow the business. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Solar PV plants. You will be ensuring the plants operate in an efficient, safe and compliant manner, while leading a team of engineers and administrators to maintain optimal performance of the Solar installations. This company have forecasted a large amount of upcoming growth The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate strong O&M knowledge and eager to build up their existing Solar and renewable experience. The individual should be capable of growing and developing their team to support the wider business. The Role: * Manage daily operations of the plant, while coordinating and overseeing staff and subcontractors, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment. * Develop and grow the team and customer base. * Manage invoicing and budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. * Excellent further training and progression opportunities with a successfully and growing business. The Person: * Proven experience in Solar operations and maintenance. * Holds an eager and can do attitude to assist with personal technical development. * Holds knowledge of HV equipment * Proficient in SCADA software and remote computing tools. * Must live within a commutable distance to office in Washington.
