The team is pioneering new capabilities in no-code AI agents that can collaborate across channels like email, Slack, and Zoom—handling open-ended tasks in dynamic environments while learning and improving over time. As part of a focused, high-caliber engineering team, you’ll take ownership of critical product features, working across a full-stack TypeScript system built on React, Next.js, and Node.js. You’ll help design robust backend services, build intuitive frontend experiences, and ensure that features are deployed quickly and reliably at scale . This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for engineers who thrive in fast-moving, product-driven environments with minimal bureaucracy and a strong bias for action. The Role Architect and implement scalable, efficient backend systems Build and maintain frontend experience in React/Next.js Develop internal tools and integrations with 3rd-party APIs Contribute to design and decision-making alongside product and design Own features end-to-end—from code to deployment, observability, and maintenance Hybrid (4 days a week) The Person 3 years of software engineering experience in full-stack or backend-focused roles Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern backend frameworks Experience designing and operating distributed systems (e.g. streaming, retries, caching) Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time system architectures Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with high ownership
