Experience leading and coordinating software development projects Proficiency with PM tools (preferably Azure DevOps or JIRA) for managing project tasks, fragmentation, and consistency. Ability to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams, maintaining open communication and coordination. Tolerance for a highly dynamic environment, where priorities can shift rapidly, and adaptability is key to success. Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects in a stressful and high-pressure environment. Strong leadership skills and willingness to take ownership and accountability for team success. Preferred Traits: Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
