Job Title: Hands on Technical Team Lead Location: Derby Work Pattern: Onsite - 4 days a week in the office - 1 working from home Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum Job Position: Permanent - Full time Introduction: We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Technical Team Lead to join one of our clients who are a proptech start up. This is an awesome opportunity as you will be shaping the Software Function, supporting the Co-Founders with driving the product/business and working on projects such as a Laravel Dashboard. This is a critical hire for the business so they will be looking to bring in the Lead and work closely with the Co-Founders to build the team from there. Responsibilities as a Technical Team Lead : Take ownership of the software development and drive outputs for their App platform Working alongside the Founders supporting them with software development, the software roadmap and building the software team Working on streamlining software processes and best practices Supporting Junior/Mid-level developers by leading them from a technical perspective Look at AI and see how they can utilise this within the product Requirements as a Technical Team Lead: Highly experienced working with PHP, Laravel & Vue Utilised AI to build rapidly i.e Cursor (good knowledge - they just need someone who is keen/likes to use it) Experienced with technical leading / supporting a software team You’ve previously helped hire Software professionals into the business Helped streamline and set up software processes (startup/scale up environment would be great) Able to work within a fast paced environment (high outputs) Some experience with end user/UX principles (from a Developer point of view) Also a developer who is ambitious and will go the extra mile to make sure the business is moving in the right direction Job Benefits: Salary of up to £90,000 per annum Stock options Able to shape the Software Function and drive the business
