Experience designing and implementing an effective and efficient CI/CD flow that gets code from dev to prod with high quality and minimal manual effort is desired. • Unix and Java tech stack • Oracle • DevOps Role: The Financial Solutions BizOps team is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who can help us solve problems, build our CI/CD pipeline and lead Mastercard in DevOps automation and best practices. Responsibilities: • Engage in the entire service lifecycle: from design to deployment and refinement. • Analyze ITSM activities and provide feedback to development teams. • Support services pre-launch with design consulting, capacity planning, and reviews. • Maintain live services by monitoring availability, latency, and system health. • Troubleshoot issues and engage in TRT calls with different teams. • Scale and evolve systems through automation for improved reliability and speed. • Support the CI/CD pipeline and lead in DevOps automation and best practices. • Practice sustainable incident response and conduct blameless postmortems. • Take a holistic approach to problem-solving during production events. • Collaborate with a global team across different geographies and time zones. • Share knowledge and mentor junior team members. • Design and enhance deployment automation using Chef. • Use Jenkins for builds and integrate with tools like Sonar, Chef, Maven, and Artifactory. • Support code deployments in multiple environments, focusing on automation. • Implement a Git-based code management strategy for parallel environment deployments, including automation for branch management and code promotions.
