Software Architect

Role OverviewAs a Software Architect, you will design and oversee the technical architecture of the RushLuxe platform, ensuring it is scalable, efficient, and innovative. You will collaborate with a team of developers and stakeholders to build cutting-edge solutions that redefine how beauty services and products are accessed.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design: Define the architecture and technical roadmap for the RushLuxe platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.System Development: Lead the design and implementation of core platform features, integrations, and enhancements.Technology Leadership: Provide guidance on technology stack decisions, coding standards, and best practices.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to deliver high-quality solutions.Mentorship: Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Problem-Solving: Identify technical challenges and provide effective solutions to maintain platform stability and performance.QualificationsProven experience as a Software Architect or Senior Software Engineer, with a track record of designing and implementing scalable systems.Strong knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Deep understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and database design.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and leadership skills.CompensationThis is an equity-based position, offering you the opportunity to become a key stakeholder in RushLuxe.
