Title : Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Implementation Consultant – ProcessUnity Location : Toronto, Canada Duration : 3 months contract role Rate: $50 to $55/hr on W2 Position Summary: We are seeking an Interim Contractor to lead the development and implementation of our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes and technology. This role will be critical in guiding the design, configuration, and deployment of the TPRM tool, in collaboration with the implementation vendor and internal stakeholders. The contractor will ensure that all TPRM processes, requirements, and system configurations align with company policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams (Procurement, Risk, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Legal, ESG) and the implementation vendor. Ensure alignment on project goals and regularly update leadership on progress. Process Development & Documentation: Develop and document end-to-end TPRM processes, procedures, workflows, and user guides. Ensure all configurations and customizations are clearly documented. Tool Configuration & Implementation: Lead the configuration of the TPRM tool to meet business and regulatory requirements. Oversee setup, integration, and customization in partnership with IT and the vendor. Data Migration & Integration: Coordinate data collection and migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and integrity during transition. Collaborate with Dayforce stakeholders for seamless integration. User Testing: Develop and manage test plans. Oversee testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the solution meets operational expectations. Training & Knowledge Transfer: Design and deliver stakeholder training. Develop comprehensive user documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer for post-implementation sustainability. Vendor Management & Issue Resolution: Collaborate with IT and vendor support to resolve technical issues and maintain system integrity. Track and address issues promptly. Project Reporting: Provide a final report outlining project outcomes, system readiness, and outstanding tasks. Include recommendations for future actions post-implementation. Additional Information: This is a temporary contractor role focused specifically on the setup and launch phase of the TPRM solution. The contractor will work closely with the TPRM project team to ensure a successful rollout and smooth handoff. Skills & Experience: Proven experience with TPRM tools; ProcessUnity experience is required . Familiarity with Coupa’s Source-to-Contract module is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally across teams.
