What You'll Be Doing As a Business Analyst, you'll be a key part of analysing system-based business processes and services. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with service, system and process owners.Analyse processes and work flows.Develop detailed business cases for IT projects.Conduct user acceptance testing.Work with process and service owners to monitor & evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.Prepare and present reports and documentation to stakeholders.Work with the Head of Business Intelligence & Systems. Knowledge of the below applications: IntApp, Elite 3e and iManage What We're Looking For Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a law firm or legal environment.strong understanding of business processes and work flow analysis.Knowledge of the legal industry practices and terminology.
