In this role, you will ensure the firm's office IS infrastructure is effectively deployed and maintained, providing top-notch support to their staff. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, timely IS services and maintain accurate processes.Support colleagues and improve department knowledge.Use ticketing systems to track and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.Install and configure desktop, laptop, and telephone equipment.Provide on-site technical assistance and support for office moves and technology equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity and telephone programming issues. Skills & Experience: Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS-Office 365 Suite.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong analytic and troubleshooting abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
