In this role, you will ensure the firm’s office IS infrastructure is effectively deployed and maintained, providing top-notch support to their staff. Key Responsibilitie s:Deliver high-quality, timely IS services and maintain accurate processe s.Support colleagues and improve department knowledg e.Use ticketing systems to track and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issue s.Install and configure desktop, laptop, and telephone equipmen t.Provide on-site technical assistance and support for office moves and technology equipmen t.Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity and telephone programming issue s. Skills & Experien ce:Minimum five years of relevant technical experien ce.Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS-Office 365 Sui te.Excellent communication and customer service skil ls.Strong analytic and troubleshooting abiliti es.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficient ly.
