Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Full Stack Developer – SAP S/4HANA &HR system Integration Location: Remote Type: Contract /Seasonal About the Role: Saint Laurent Consulting is hiring on behalf of one of our clients who is building a next-generation SaaS platform focused on HR and enterprise process automation. We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with proven, hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors (or Sodales). Knowledge of these systems is a must, as the role requires deep integration work. This developer will join a cross-functional team and play a critical role in designing and building the platform’s infrastructure and user experience. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and experienced in HR-related technology projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop scalable front-end and back-end systems for a SaaS HR platform Lead integration efforts with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or Sodales Design, build, and manage robust APIs and middleware components Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Implement secure, user-friendly front-end experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks Document architecture, workflows, and development standards Troubleshoot system issues and participate in release cycles Contribute to deployment automation and performance optimization Required Skills & Qualifications: 5 years of full stack development experience Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, etc.) Back-end expertise in Node.js, Python, or Java Direct experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors or Sodales Deep understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and system security Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within a distributed team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Nice-to-Have: Experience building or integrating chatbots or process automation tools Background in HR software, payroll systems, or employee lifecycle tools Familiarity with containerized development (Docker, Kubernetes)
