As Product Owner, you will be the key voice defining and prioritizing the backlog for our PIM migration, ensuring that the new Riversand PIM platform delivers maximum value to the business. Experience Required: Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally with a focus on data migration, platform implementation, or large-scale system transitions. Demonstrable experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems, ideally with direct exposure to Riversand PIM. A strong understanding of product data lifecycle and its importance in driving business success (e.g., for e-commerce, marketplaces). Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and vice-versa. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). A proactive and problem-solving mindset, comfortable navigating a highly customized and regulated environment. Responsibilities: Clearly articulating the product goals and strategic vision for the PIM migration, translating high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team. Managing, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog for the PIM migration, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and the upcoming platform move in late next year. Overseeing the migration of all product data and data flows, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to data governance standards. Identifying and addressing critical regulatory changes and compliance requirements as part of the migration, ensuring the PIM remains a fundamental enabler for all our business operations, including vital marketplace integrations. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., marketing, sales, compliance) and the technical team, managing expectations, communicating progress, and ensuring alignment across all parties. Working closely with the development team to manage and prioritize the extensive customisation required within the Riversand PIM, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
