Our Insurance client is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at driving integration projects from concept to delivery from a business operational perspective. As a key member of the Central Project Team , you’ll collaborate across departments, ensure alignment with business goals, and help steer complex initiatives to success — on time, within scope, and to a high standard. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading end-to-end project delivery for business integration and change initiatives Collaborating with stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution Creating and maintaining key documentation (PIDs, BRDs, RAID logs) Managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and governance Championing PMO standards and best practices Communicating clearly and influencing stakeholders at all levels Driving continuous improvement and proactively resolving challenges ✅ What We’re Looking For: Proven project management experience in Insurance Strong knowledge of PRINCE2 or equivalent methodologies A successful track record in delivering business led M&A integration projects Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office A proactive, self-starting attitude with a passion for delivering results Knowledge of the insurance sector Ready to make your mark?
