Generative AI Lead - LLMs, GenAI and more - up to £150,000 Salary Bonuses

Revolutionise this investment manager by bringing AI into the business in all areas. This is an AI role with a combination of technical and strategic requirements. You'll be working with stakeholders to understand where they can implement various types of AI into the business and improve all workflows using AI to make everything more efficient. Your first few months will be focused on understanding the business and exploring all the opportunities where AI, specifically GenAI/LLMs, can be used within each business area. This could be in the investment systems themselves, the data warehouse, or even the day to day business systems like the CRM. Whilst you're going to be the first specific "AI" hire, you'll have the support of the technology team. If you need something to be built, then the data and software teams will be able to help you. That said, your background should be within AI and Machine Learning, ideally within finance. Given the salary on offer, up to £150,000, you'll need to be an expert in your field and to reach the top end you will definitely need financial services experience. You'll need to be able to show your experience in leading AI related projects and demonstrate where you've used and implemented AI into a business to improve efficiency. You'll also need to show your experience with specific AI/ML frameworks, like TensorFlow, AutoGen, Keras, etc. This is a investment manager with tens of billions under management and you'll be given plenty of autonomy to deliver a range of projects.
