Your Role As the Workplace Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating and maintaining a productive, safe, and inspiring work environment for our talented team. You will also play a key part in a planned office relocation in 2026 to a first in class new workplace. Key Overview Office Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of our Cambridge office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment. Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance, functionality, and safety of the workplace, liaising with vendors and contractors as needed. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing necessary changes. Employee Experience: Create a welcoming and inclusive workplace atmosphere by organising events, initiatives and perks that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. Key Requirements Experience: Proven experience in facilities management, office operations, or workplace management, ideally within a fast-growing organisation. Leadership: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation. Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and solving workplace challenges creatively and efficiently.
