What you will need 5 plus years in a Software management role Managed a minimum of 15 plus engineers comfortable leading cross-functional teams Willingness to backtrack, seek multiple solutions, and experiment to validate approaches. A strong background in object-oriented programming in a language such as Java, C# or C++. Creative, Investigative, Innovative, Insightful, and able to make technical leaps, finding novel solutions.
