As they continue scaling, we’re seeking a Software Development Team Lead with strong .NET expertise to guide and mentor a growing team of engineers while remaining hands-on with new and exciting projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in greenfield developments – including the rebuild of a customer mobile app, AI-driven internal reporting solutions, and the integration of third-party software platforms. The Role Lead a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Stay involved in development using C# and modern .NET technologies Oversee code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure high software quality Manage technical project delivery – from planning through to deployment Support the wider business in strategic technology decisions and systems integration Take ownership of development standards, Agile processes, and sprint ceremonies Contribute to system architecture and scalable solution design.
