You will be the first port of call for the companies users when having technical issues, this requires you to have an understanding of Windows OS, O365, Active Directory and other IT Support queries relating to Hardware and Software. The client uses a bespoke system that they will bring you up to speed on so a willingness to learn quickly is essential. What you need…. Experience of a Service Desk environment. Good skills with IT support in general. Windows OS Active Directory O365 (preferred) A solid understanding of network and network troubleshooting. (prefered) Good communication skills.
