Lead C++ Software Developer - Order Gateway

They're now hiring a Lead Developer to manage a team of C++ engineers while remaining technically hands-on. Your Role in the Order Gateway Team: Lead a specialised team building global Order Entry Gateways across multiple asset classes and venues. Oversee full engineering lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, and support. Drive delivery of robust, scalable, low-latency systems. Collaborate with trading, infrastructure, and operations teams globally. Key Requirements: Expert-level C++ and solid Python skills (10 years). Deep understanding of Linux, networking, and data structures. 5 years leading technical teams or projects, in a trading or low-latency environment.
