Key Responsibilities: Lead the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets within the fintech sector. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, market research, and due diligence. Develop and present detailed financial models and valuation analyses. Manage the negotiation, structuring, and execution of M&A transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of acquired companies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, advisors, and industry experts. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 6-10 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a focus on the fintech sector.
