Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, driving alignment to achieve shared goals. Lead by example, providing guidance and navigating challenges through creative problem-solving. Mentor junior developers, fostering a growth-oriented environment. Take initiative and ownership, especially during critical situations that require swift action.
