Senior Full Stack Developer (React/NextJS/Laravel)

Supporting over 4,000 SMEs, our small in-house software development team plays a critical role in creating and enhancing the systems that power our operations. We’re currently looking to expand our team with a talented developer to support a new project built with React and PHP, and to help maintain our existing PHP-based CRM. About our client We're a close-knit team of full-stack developers with over 15 years of web development experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and driven individual to contribute to meaningful projects in a collaborative and experienced environment. We take pride in writing clean, high-quality code and follow a well-structured development process based on tickets and pull requests. All code is peer-reviewed, and test coverage is a priority. Location: Manchester (3 days) / home (2 days) What We Are Looking For If you're passionate about coding and love what you do, we want to hear from you. The following skills are highly desirable, though not all are strictly required: * Strong experience with PHP (Laravel, OOP, and unit testing) * 2 years of hands-on React experience * Solid understanding of design patterns * Proficiency with MySQL and query optimization * Basic Linux skills * Experience building intuitive UIs, particularly with React * Knowledge of AWS is a plus What We Offer We put our people first.
