Key responsibilities for the role of Software Architect will include: Lead the architectural design of complex embedded software systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Create and maintain architectural blueprints whilst ensuring scalability and security. Oversee the technical direction across multiple software projects. Create proof of concepts and prototypes. Advise on software best practices. Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies. As the selected Software Architect, your background should include: Experience as a Software Architect or a Principal level Embedded Software Engineer that would like to advance into architecture. A deep understanding of Embedded Linux, including Linux Kernel and Device Drivers Strong programming skills in either C++ and/or Java. Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to communicate with key stakeholders at various levels.
