Data Scientist – Maidenhead We are seeking a results-driven Data Scientist. In this role, you will apply advanced analytical techniques and develop predictive models to extract actionable insights, optimize processes, and support decision-making. You will work on diverse data-driven projects, collaborate across teams, and implement scalable, high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Modeling Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop and optimize machine learning models to address business challenges. Conduct A/B testing and experimental analysis to validate hypotheses. Data Management Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Design and build efficient ETL pipelines for data preprocessing. Implement automated tests to ensure reliability of data processes and models. Stakeholder Collaboration Define project goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Present analytical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences. Develop domain expertise to identify modeling opportunities and inform feature creation. Technical Leadership Mentor junior data scientists and review modeling projects. Stay informed on emerging industry trends and best practices to enhance team capabilities. Education Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Experience 2 years of experience in data science or analytics. Proven expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling. Experience designing experiments and modeling solutions for business problems. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Python or R (R knowledge is a plus). Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases. Familiarity with data visualization tools. Experience with AWS or cloud platforms is advantageous. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Effective communication and presentation abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
