UI / UX Designer Figma, HTML / CSS, UI / UX Salary £40,000 - £50,000 benefits Segensworth, Hampshire ( Candidates are required to be in the office full time) An established company who are embedded within one of the UK's most innovative and established tech hubs - fully funded, well equipped and well prepared to launch their latest tech incarnation - a pet tag tracking service with a unique proposition set to disrupt the sector. This is not the first start-up this company has launched; their wealthy owners have been doing this for 10 years and can demonstrate £mm income from several of their previous creations. As such they have a requirement for a UX/UI Designer to play a central role in how users interact with Flutter mobile, customer-facing app and internal admin tools. This is a hands on design role with the successful candidate having a couple of years' experience and keen to take on the ownership of all design process and collaborate closely with developer and product stakeholders. Key Skills Responsibilities: Design user-centric mobile and web experiences from concept to delivery Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Sketch Collaborate with product owners and developers to bring ideas to life Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs Evolve and maintain our design system and visual language Ensure accessibility and responsive design best practices Participate in team reviews and offer constructive feedback Champion good UX thinking across the business Nice to have: Experience with design handoff tools and developer collaboration (e.g. Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode) Understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks (not essential, but helpful) Familiarity with mobile app UX guidelines (Material, Human Interface) Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design Basic animation or prototyping skills (Figma, Principle, Framer, etc.) This is a full time, in office role based in Segensworth, Hampshire.
