Responsibilities include: Lead and mentor software engineers – resolving any tech issues by effective collaboration Remain hands-on in a full stack Microsoft environment SaaS product Implement software engineering best practices – Agile, SOLID, etc Engage with Senior stakeholders on project updates, as required Key experience Experience as a Tech Lead or Lead Developer, guiding other experienced engineers A hands-on software engineering background, ideally full stack; .NetCore, JavaScript / Blazor, Azure, SQL Agile leadership and implementing software engineering best practice Excellent communicator, able to liaise with all levels of a business Previous experience developing effective customer facing applications is desirable All candidates applying must be eligible to work in the UK and be UK based
