I'm working with a brilliant scale-up based in Solihull who are looking to expand their compliance team. They are a SaaS business focused on the logistics industry and this role is essential to help advise and on board new clients whilst keeping the entire process compliant. This role will have a large focus on employment law and policy for both permanent members of staff and sub-contractors to make sure they have the right contracts in place. There may be times that you are required to travel to visit clients however this would be a few times a month and all costs would be covered.
