Support Engineer

An innovative fintech company is looking for a Platform Support Engineer to join their growing team! If you're experienced with Linux, networking, and cloud technologies , and love troubleshooting complex systems, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot a growing platform infrastructure Support and optimize Linux-based environments Manage and troubleshoot Docker/Kubernetes deployments Diagnose and resolve networking and connectivity issues Automate and improve system administration tasks Key Requirements: Strong Linux administration experience Networking knowledge (firewalls, DNS, routing) Experience with Docker or Kubernetes Hands-on experience installing & configuring software on Linux Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus Why Join?
