Job Title: Shopfloor OT/IT Support Engineer Location: Broughton/Filton, UK (100% Onsite Work From Office) Job Type: Permanent Salary Range : 3 5,000 to 40,000 per annum (plus bonus and benefits) Job Summary: Join the our client's ShopFloor Support Team, providing critical support for manufacturing applications and IT systems on the production line. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing technology for one of the world's leading aerospace companies. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and resolve day-to-day incidents using ServiceNow (preferred). Engage with IT and business users to address functional issues and provide timely support. Triage issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective resolution. Follow service management processes (Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem, etc.). Maintain agreed SLA levels and ensure high-quality delivery at all times. Adhere to shift rotation plans and the established operating model. Collaborate with SMEs on functional issues and knowledge sharing. Coordinate communications between suppliers, OEMs, and other IT stakeholders. Track and report progress to stakeholders and assist in preparing operational reports. Skills, Experience, and Abilities Required: Strong IT endpoint knowledge relevant to production lines, including endpoint support. Experience with manufacturing shop floor systems and line-side IT devices (e.g., printers, scanners, MRTs, barcode scanners/printers, smart devices). Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members for knowledge sharing and issue resolution. Stakeholder management skills, including regular updates and operational reporting. Experience in triaging issues and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with service management processes (Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem, etc.). Commitment to maintaining SLA levels and quality of service. Willingness to adhere to shift rotation plans and operational models. Experience with ServiceNow and knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, and Knowledge Management processes. Site Address 1.
