My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, offering fully remote working. They are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to be part of a rapidly growing team, working within key projects assignments in Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors (among others). We have a top end budget of £60k £5k car allowance disc bonus fully remote working Primary skills and experience required: Must be eligible for SC Clearance Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Scrum of Scrums, with a deep understanding of the software development life cycle and traditional project management. Exceptional skills in communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and coaching. Skilled in user story refinement, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques. Strong planning and problem-solving abilities with product management and delivery teams; experience in training and mentoring team members. Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings at various organizational levels, with a solid grasp of facilitation techniques. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with collaboration tools like Azure ADO, Jira, and Confluence. Capable of clear and concise documentation, and effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of mainstream technology solutions and modern architectural principles, including SOA. Proven experience with the software development life cycle, having played a key role in successful software delivery. Must possess a previous background in Software Development (any OO language or development vertical).
