Yardi Voyager Specialist

Position: Yardi Voyager Specialist Location: Glasgow Salary: £55,000 per year We are seeking a Yardi Voyager Specialist to support and enhance the Yardi Voyager operating model across EMEA. This role involves supporting daily business operations, improving efficiency, and increasing the utilization of Yardi Voyager as the primary accounting solution. Key Responsibilities: Deliver reporting requests and ensure compliance with Operating Level Agreements (OLAs). Gather requirements and manage reporting for Pan-European, client, and internal stakeholders. Provide third-line support for Yardi Voyager, analyzing and prioritizing incidents. Collaborate on Yardi implementations, upgrades, and testing. Ensure adherence to audit controls and assist with Yardi deployment across EMEA. Prioritize tasks according to business needs and maintain stakeholder communication. Requirements: Experience with Yardi technology, ideally in a global organization. Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager, especially in finance roles. Fluency in English (additional languages such as German or French preferred). Strong planning, project management, and problem-solving skills. Experience with real estate accounting software and willingness to travel within EMEA.
