Job Title: Data Architect (Customer) Location: London - Hybrid The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Data Architect to lead the design and delivery of customer data architecture in support of business strategy and analytics. You'll play a key role in defining data models, implementing governance, and integrating data across systems-empowering business users with secure, scalable access to customer insights. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain end-to-end data architecture focused on customer domains. Implement robust data governance to ensure security, compliance, and quality (e.g. GDPR). Collaborate with stakeholders to align data architecture with business objectives. Develop and manage data models (conceptual, logical, physical) and integration pipelines. Leverage Azure technologies to build scalable data platforms and solutions. Integrate Customer Data Platforms (e.g. Salesforce) into a centralised data ecosystem. Document data flows and support self-service analytics. About You Essential: Proven experience designing customer-focused data architectures. Strong knowledge of Azure data services and modern data modelling tools. Expertise in data governance, privacy, consent management, and security. Skilled in ETL, data warehousing, and database platforms (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Strong communicator with experience working across technical and business teams. Desirable: Experience with big data tools (e.g. Spark, Kafka) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI). Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure Data Engineer, CDMP).
