Technical Lead Developer

Location: Richardson, TX (On-site)

Contract Duration: 3 months (07/07/2025 – 10/05/2025)

Pay Rate: $68.87/hour

We’re looking for a Technical Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and performance of a cutting-edge SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) e-commerce platform.

This is a contract position for an experienced hands-on leader who can guide a cross-functional team, architect scalable solutions, and build modern integrations using Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular. Experience with Low Code/No Code tools is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design and development of scalable SAP Hybris e-commerce solutions.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and Microservices (Spring Boot).
• Integrate Hybris with external systems (payment gateways, ERP/CRM, APIs).
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and developers across teams.
• Use Angular for front-end enhancements.
• Mentor junior developers and drive best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in software development; 5+ years with SAP Hybris.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Microservices, Java, and API development.
• Experience with SAP Commerce OCC, integration protocols (HTTP/S, JMS).
• Familiarity with Angular, Git, Jenkins, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
