The Role As Delivery Director , you’ll lead the delivery of high-impact AI data projects for globally recognised clients. Working across cross-functional teams (delivery, BD, data science, and product), you’ll ensure operational excellence while hitting quality, timeline, and commercial targets. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent AI projects Drive on-time, high-quality execution that meets both client expectations and internal KPIs (e.g. gross margin targets) Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to shape winning proposals and convert new opportunities Manage and mentor delivery teams, stepping in hands-on when needed Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders — including data scientists, researchers, and vendor managers Continuously improve delivery processes and execution frameworks About You Consulting pedigree: 2 years in top-tier consulting at Engagement Manager or Associate Partner level Strong grasp of AI & GenAI: Familiar with machine learning workflows, data science principles, and industry trends Client-centric: Skilled at managing technical and executive stakeholders Remote-ready: Able to work across time zones and distributed teams Apply now for more info
