You'll work at the intersection of design and engineering to develop scalable tools, build prototypes with ML and AI, and ship reusable code that enhances customer experience and innovation across the platform. Must-Have Qualifications: 5 years of experience in design and technology roles Strong grasp of AI concepts (LLMs, NLUs, CUIs, APIs, data) Expertise in HTML, CSS, React/TypeScript, and Generative AI APIs Hands-on experience with Figma plugin tooling and accessibility Experience delivering reusable/componentized code Proven ability to build prototypes with AI/ML integrations Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Passion for design systems and user-centric development Effective cross-functional communication and facilitation skills Background in building unified platforms and design standards
