ServiceNow Tech Lead

Synapri has partnered with a growing consulting business at global scale, who is seeking a Technical Lead for the long term (either permanent or interim - outside IR35), to contribute to a number of impactful projects. The successful candidate will have experience in Financial Services Operations (FSO) modules of ServiceNow and also in Configuration Engine, ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations and HR Service Delivery. You will be involved in the ServiceNow platform's architecture, integration capabilities, and custom application development and spearhead the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of cutting-edge software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the technical design and solutioning processes, crafting and deploying high-performance, scalable microservices using Spring Boot and other relevant technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java Script development and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Role requirements: Extensive experience in software development, or technology leadership roles 4 years of experience in JavaScript or it’s frameworks such as Angular, React or Vuejs. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Technical Lead in the insurance, banking or financial services industry having implemented scalable, resilient, and secure solutions. Experience in implementing complex, highly configurable technologies, preferably ServiceNow Customer and Industry Workflow Solutions Ideally the client is seeking someone on a full-time permanent basis but there is flexibility for an interim candidate as well (6 months, outside IR35). Hybrid work model - 3 days per week in central London.
