Responsibilities Discovery of, and conducting architectural reviews of client Modern workplace implementations. Architect, document, implement and support Modern Workplace solutions for end customers Reporting and optimisation of M365 license utilisation Ability to lead customer discussions & workshops, including working as technical pre-sales for the solution. Mentoring engineering teams including working with teams from delivery into support. Ability to translate technical concepts relating to MW solutions, delivery management and service management so they are understood by all (technical and no-technical parties). Demonstrable ability to make and guide effective decisions, explaining clearly how the decision has been reached, including the ability to resolve technical disputes across varying levels of complexity and risk. A practical understanding of architectural models and of delivery methodologies and ways of working. Requirements Expert level experience in Azure Modern Workplace (M365) deployments and licensing. Proven ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment and take ownership of projects. Strong time management and reporting skills. Mature documentation skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in digital transformation Nice to Have Knowledge of Azure CLI/Powershell Knowledge of developing Power BI reports.
