It means participating in video conference calls and guiding our customers step by step in the configuration of their platform. It means being a facilitator for our clients in the important step of migration to our Bank, and an agent of positive change during this important step. Expertise: Helping our clients better understand the language of finance and set up the ideal platform based on their business reality. Objectives: To match all scheduled calls to the agent's agenda, to respect the duration of calls to ensure a 5-star escort experience to customers Your team: As part of the migration project between two financial institutions, you will be part of a temporary team and report to the Team Leader - Digital Membership.
